I provide consultation to professionals, schools, school districts, and other organizations about supporting individuals with complex needs and creating system-wide change in behaviour support practices.

I provide individual and small-group mentorship to BCBAs and other professionals looking for support navigating ethical practice in complex systems and developing essential interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.

I am available to speak on a variety of topics, including (but not limited to): collaboration, interpersonal skills and navigating complex group dynamic, proactive and trauma-informed strategies to promote safety in schools self-care and reflective practice for helping professionals.
